Mike Smailes is our new Pastor.  He was inducted on the 26th January 2008.  Before he came to us, Mike served at West Street Baptist Church, Dunstable.  Mike is married with 3 small children.

Martin Daubney, Elder, for Mission support and fabric maintenance.

Richard Wardman, Pastoral Assistant.  Responsible for preaching, student ministries and music.  He has recently completed the FIEC training programme ‘Prepared for Service’.  He is married to Amy and is owned by two cats.  He also enjoys music and reading. Richard oversees TCM's Worship team, and Student ministries.

Andy Wilkins, is our Deacon who looks after TCM's youth work. 

Keith Newsome, Deacon, looking after PA, Church Rotas, ministry at Derek Miller Court, involved in Youth Work, and a lot of other things!

Eric Oxby, Deacon and Church Treasurer.

Ken Davison, Deacon, looks after TCM's mission support through our Mission Council.

Shane Wakefield, Deacon, looks after church publicity, including this web site.  He is married with two young sons and works in health and safety.

Ian Beadles, Deacon, looking after the fabric and maintenance of the church building.

Rodger Moomba.   Roger is married with two children and he oversees the Social and Outreach committees.  He also sits on the Mission Council and looks after the TCM libary.

Huw Burrows.  Huw is an ex student member of TCM, recently married another TCM ex student at TCM.  Huw looks after the Welcome team.

Andrew Miller.  Andrew is recently married with no children.  Andrew, who works in the media, looks after TCM publicity.  Andrew is also involved in student ministries here at TCM.

Carlos Marquez.  Carlos is married with four children.  Carlos is involved with our Welcome team.
