The Need … The Lord Jesus Christ has chosen to make disciples of all nations through his church. That church needs leaders to challenge, equip and send them into the harvestfield of this world. In the The At this time in the life of our church we have the opportunity to make a real difference. We are in a position to be able to identify, equip and send out labourers to meet that need. The Privilege … As we send out those we’ve trained we will enjoy becoming an increasing part of God’s great mission on earth. In addition to this we will reap much fruit from the work of those in training as they serve the Lord among us. What? We will provide training, support, experience, teaching and opportunities for service that will enable disciples of Christ to be equipped with God’s Word and sent out in the power of his Spirit as pastors, church planters and evangelists, locally, nationally and throughout the world. How? We plan to identify, equip and send gospel workers by building a three-stage training scheme. Some of this work is already taking place but we look forward to much more.
