TCM members serve in schools throughout the locality as teachers and volunteers running clubs, helping in classrooms and taking assemblies. We are also involved in partnership with The Joy Foundation working in primary schools in the area around our central meeting place. THE JOY FOUNDATION is an ecumenical project that is working amongst local children in several south The Joy Foundation seek to serve local children by offering help to schools in whatever way we can. By offering a range of different help The Joy Foundation is able to live out the gospel in word and deed. Andy is now The Project Manager of The Joy Foundation and still works in schools, leading assemblies, taking clubs and working with children during lesson time. This work is further supported by a growing number of volunteers who also serve in a variety of ways in local schools. Andy also leads a number of children’s and youth activities outside of school that all feed into local churches. The Joy Foundation is an organisation working in the local community, supported by local churches and in conjunction with Lincoln Christian Fellowship. It is an ecumenical organisation that is promoting the Christian faith through word and deed.
